I'm looking at booking club camping/stand for this event, it spans the Friday to the Sunday and also coincides with Englands opening match against the USA in the World Cup, so Saturday afternoon will find me nestled next to a T.V with a can of beer  8)  8)

This is what i have to aim for. Pass my test in 3 weeks time, get a mk1 golf and join you lot on my first mk1 meet.

iSpider know how u feel but I've had a golf since September and not been able to get driving it!!!! Hopefully passed by mid feb

this is a car owners club and cars are meant to be driven get it out and get down there, is 3hrs+ for me, (small fry)

mind you i live to drive i love the looks and smiles i get from other road users

u think u got to go far, i live in norfolk, but i will go to this, football, beer and mk1 golfs. that is what i call a good fun packed day. =]

Im definately in and will ask a few other mk1 owners i know in Bristol and are on here!
