no entry to the show area after 9 mate. i'' stick a coffee in for you.  

dont forget folks, if anyone who wants a pass and doesnt have one I have some spare and I will be with all the other guys in the pub, just look for my gree mk1 with the white front wings, come and say hello and I will give you a stand pass  

i should be heading up for the day. and hope to see everyone around be a first for me. i'm half tempted by a spot on the stand if there is 1 going  but i dont think my car is really in show condition.

have you seen my car!?!    any car is welcome on the stand! get to the swan pub before 8:30 and come on the second stand with me

just had a thought, seeing as i should be there showing the car anyone know the rules on selling a few things there or that only doable from other areas. thing is i've got a mate whos got a small bmx company and was wondering if it was worth me seeing if he fancied coming along to try sell some shirts and hoodies n small things like that.

Basically, he'll need to have a small trade stand, which costs money. If its obviously just a few car-related items off the back of someone being on a club stand, eg with a small note in the window or something, thats ok. Anything more and its unfair on those who have paid for a trade stand. I've organised club stands before and asked about selling the club merchandise and they've wanted a payment to cover this.

eesh, i suppose its fair enough just thought it might help him a bit broadening his market sort of thing as everything at the moment is in the bmx community. all it would be is a few shirts and hoodies and couple dvds really, reckon i'd get away with a sign in the window and bag of goodies in the boot? saying all this i havnt even spoke to my mate yet to see if hes even around/available.

main stand is booked up mate but speak to m7r as i'm sure there is a few spots over there.

andy can you contact the organisers about putting 2 clubs side by side or is that a beer idea that shouldn't go any further. :dontknow:

1st selling items on the stand
I have contacted the organisers about us selling club merchandise mugs tee shirts etc they are happy with us selling club merchandise but NO auto jumble stuff or items not directly related to the MK1 golf owners club so its a no to other merchandise on our stand.

2nd Dave the organisers always have to plan where each club stand is to be located so we wont be able to put 2 club stands together if they are not planed to be next to each other by the organisers

be at the swan by 8:30 and I will be there with my mk1 with some spare passes, I believe there are 2 other folks who want to be on the stand with Carly and me, so I still have 6 passes spare.


ALL THOSE WHO WANT A PASS FOR THE SECOND STAND PLEASE PM AS I DONT WANT TO HAVE 15 FOLKS TURN UP FOR ONLY 8 PASSES!
