Aha - can also be done by folding the back seats down. Its all to do with weight distribution, etc. Apparently. Once both are done your car is "fully sick".

I'm really liking the look of these 3" rolled pipes, but the way they exit seems to vary quite a bit. No offence intended but some seem to sit really low and far off the aperature, I just wonder if tighter/smaller hangers would pull them up closer to the body?

The way MalC's sits is spot on IMO, but I do like a rolled lip.

I can't afford to buy new so I'm now on the hunt for a reasonably cheap used system.  :twisted:

Why dont you save?
Aleast then you will get the exaxt system you want etc. Be worth in the end, save having something that is'nt actually how you want it to sound!

I know what you mean, at one point I'd happily spend spend spend on the car, but I'm trying to be a bit more restrained as the cash is needed elsewhere! It's hard to know how any system will sound until it's fitted anyway, and if a s/h system is too loud I could always fit a better silencer in the centre pipe.  :dontknow:

it came on the car an is my next thing to change as i hate it

What are you changing to then and do you find it too loud or just don't like the style?

Dont golf just do a sport exhaust like pugeot do a pugsport for 106's. Some thing like that. I have a powerflow on me 206 and its more boy racer. I kinda wana keep in with the year and look of the car myself?

well i like it, beleave it or not but its quite quiet with the new turbo engine, and yes it did take me ages to make it! but i like it so thats all that matters really.

It's different and i like anything different jamiegolf my Turbo has a centre exit  exhaust not to everyones taste but i like it .

heres mine mate, but i'm thinking of changing it for a similar style but swept up a bit more.

On this motor i just picked up it has some sort of stainless on it, a scorpion styled look to it, i get more pics but this all i got for second.
