Heres mine, not a brilliant pic but its a pic all the same.

This is my new favourite pic of mine… cos its the only pic I've taken since I ditched the rocco p-slots and put proper wheels back on it last week

Gosh!  There are some fantastic cars around.  i thought mine was pretty good but looking at this post, mine is just average.  Anyway, here it is tucked up in a nice warm garage for winter - for those interested - 1985 cabriolet, 101,000 miles, full VAG service history from new all stamped up,  I am the second owner.  I've put on new hood, new inter-lining and new head lining, new brakes all round, braided hoses (can't tell the difference but there ya go) new CV's inner and outer, waxoyled every year and everything works excpet 99.9 mpg! (Grrrr) - doesn't have the polish of a rebuild project - just a straight car, never pranged :

She looks sweet mate!

Is that it for until next summer for you then? I intend to get mine out whenever I can troughout the colder months, only time will tell though.

Oh and the excitement of being photographed has had an impact on the floor under the engine.  ops:

This is my 1982 Mk1 Golf GTI, now locked up for winter.

Very nice!  Don't see many white GTIs.. not many white Mk1s actually!
