nice idea sean
so a red wheel with silvers p's????
i thought silver wheels red p`s, more subtle imo. not too in your face.
i much prefer well refurbed p slots as they were intended, perhaps they dont really suit a cabby :dontknow:

Stick with standard silver! Black P slots are done to death and just look cheap. It would look really nice with a standard refurb some lower profile tyres (like the ones 5harpy's selling) and lowered 40mm on springs - not coilovers!
There's no point doing 'budget' refurbs if the outcome looks like a budget job.
Nice car btw!
when i say budget refurb but they will be done proberly by myself as i've got all the equipment to do it
sean i like that idea with the red p's silver wheels

i mean budget in the fact i haven't got the cash for a new set of rims
hope fully X might be able to do me silver with red p's
i think its a good option, tho i would masking the p`s when painting is a pig of a job. much patience required.

What I meant is that although you might do a good quality refurb on them if you do them in black they will still look cheap, too many people just matt black P slots and its got a bit of a cheap look to it imo.
The car doesn't need new wheels, P slots are great.

i tried to combine black wheels that Jelly asked for, but also the red Ps that was suggested aswell:
looks quite satanic.. i dont know if i like it or not..
Jelly, if you've got a higher quality photo i'd like to have a go on that.. plus any suggestions and i'll gladly whip one up

 that polished look is quite good, if you dont mind spending about 200 notes on metal centre caps

Good god!! what the hell have you done!? its like an early 70s horror story embedded within a wheel! Youve lowered it well though!

Tbh the polished look is good but it's hard work and you need a lot of luck with the condition of the wheels underneath all the paint and primer that's on there!! You'll be amazed at what can be hidden underneath that lot.
If you do decide to go for it let me know cos I have an alloy wheel polishing kit (will fit standard drill) that's been hardly used.
