2008 Calendar photos needed

Looking to finalise shortly but I need more photos!! They must be hi-res - print quality, ideally 300 dpi.

As a guide, files size for each photo should be at least 500 KB.

Anything considered but particularly needing more cabby and series 1 MK1 pics, plus anything different/unusual (and MK1 related!)

300 dpi and 500kb is goinig to give you a rubbish finish if you have to resize the picture! in an ideal world the images should be RAW files but thats not going to happen. i would suggest maybe 800-900dpi and a file size of around 8-10MB. at least that allows you room to alter the image without affecting quality.

You're right dave in that the bigger the file the better, but honestly, 300 dpi/500KB is ok. The last two years calendars have been A3 size (of course the pic is not filling the whole page!) and image quality has been no issue.

In any case, I just need some piccys as got a real shortage this year!

Do you have many 4 doors going into calendar…?

Also I think it would be great to do a owner and car month in the calendar with loads of forum owners and their cars to show people who we all are. (if you don't already)

Or on the forum do a owner of the month section so that we can see the car and what has been done to inspire the rest of us that are not so great on mechanics and so forth.

I'll shut up now I'm rambling…

perhaps select the best images from the pics of your car section and then contact the owner and ask them to email you the original?
