Saw this last night whilst browsing. Agree it needs to be saved by someone  

Howmanyleft says theres only 16 Golf LS's left on the road, and thats all years that they made LS's. so this is a rare car indeed.

Would be hard to find all the original bits though to put back to stock  Still if I had a spare grand and somewhere to stick it, I would buy this for a future resto! Shame I dont right now.

Also tempted by this, just a bit put off by the kit, my old mk1 had the bbs kit on and that was rotted bad!!!

Prices on mk1's are only going up though, so it would be worth saving even if it is rotten  

Looks like there's gona be a bit of competition on here though 

I just went to have a look at this golf,its a tad rough-but there is plenty of potential in it(the body kit would defo have to go-,anyways I got home put a bid on,got out bid a while later so I decided to wait till the last few seconds to bid again,i pressed "confirm bid" and…………..it took me to ebay log in page………grrrrr-i didn't have time to get my final bid in.as for competition there was only me and 1 other bidder(with a bit of luck he might decide he doesn't want it)

I guess its the risk you take when leaving it to the last second

Just part of the joys of ebay I suppose-some you win some you loose(or maybe just pure "bad timing" it has got me thinking about what I can be spending on the cars I already have though
