Help!!! Cannot buy Calendar

I have tried and tried and tried to buy a Calendar - but every time I try to log in it just does not accept my passowrd.

I have changed pssword about 4 times - no joy.

Hi,
Are you sure that you are trying to reset your shop password? It is separate to the main site. The shop is not showing that you have logged into it since 2018.

We have also recently seen some weird browser caching issues, which are sorted by you clearing your browsers cache and/or cookies. Which browser are you using?

Thanks - got it sorted - had to install Firefox - bit of a mission but got there in the end.
