Wiring help

I’ve put a kr in my caddy and need to delete a few wiring plugs and need to know how I go about it , there both on the bit of loom that goes to the throttle body , I think one is the brake servo ( running pedal box ) and I think other is coolant level sensor ( running alloy tank ) any help appreciated,cheers
