what going on with login

hi is there a problem with login in on sight. my user name is dean may I have been try log in and keep come up with (refreshed_once=1) so I try rest my password and it still come up with this and I have tried to log in on 3 pc and a phone this is becoming a pain and iv had to set up a new user just sort this problem out

I was having the same trouble but I found that resetting my password sorted it and I can also post replies using Tapatalk now! I think I used Facebook to login once and that seems to be causing the trouble as the Facebook login button doesn't seem to work anymore!
