Piston rings send bearings help needed please

I need help with rings and bearings please

Maybe some more information would help us help you, have you got the valve timing correct, is the distributor timed to point to no.1 when at tdc, is the firing order correct, do you have a spark or fuel, is there enough cranking speed, good compression?
What symptoms do you get, nothing at all, coughing and farting?
The more you can tell us the better chance of the right answer!
