Dashboard/windscreen panel part number?

Hi - I'm after the part number for the panel that runs along the inside of the car which holds the top clips for the dashboard and spot welded /  attached to the windscreen scuttle? 
Even better the info where to buy one?

Don't think I have ever seen a partnumber of that piece, I would think you are going to have to remake it, or find one at a breakers and cut it out.
