How does this forum work ??

I am puzzled how to access this forum.

Several days ago I submitted my first post looking urgently for a Brake Servo Unit for my Golf.

I got the message that it would have to be "validated by a moderator' but it has still not appeared. There was nothing contraversial about it.

My profile shows one post submitted but a forum search for it produces nothing.

How long does this process take .  How long must I be patient ?

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delay.

I think you have clearly sussed how to access the forum, we've just been a little slow off the mark letting you!

We implemented the first two post validation system a while back to prevent us being 'spammed' by some nice people selling fake RayBans and other excellent products!!

We do have quite a large team of moderators who are there to complete functions, such as validation (or not!) of new posts. However, there is the odd occasion where all moderators seem to be out of action at the same time (sods law?)

In any case, we attempt to get these validations done as quickly as possible.

Once your two posts are validated then you need no further authorisation for using the forum and you're good to go!
