Leaking pipe

Hi guys,

Hope the AGM went well.
Looking for some advice, returned from holidays started my cabbie up and noticed there was a small leak, mangaged to work out where it was coming from but unsure where to start with sourcing a replacement (also don't know what to call it)

Any idea?
