UJ for Mele Manual Steering Rack?

Does anyone know where I can get a Mk1 Golf Steering Column - Rack Universal Joint (RHD)?  I have a new mele steering rack but the UJ I bought does not fit well enough for it to be driveable.  Ideas?  Recomendations?  Old UJ and Steering rack were old and worn.

IIRC there are 3 types of u-joints, 1 for power assisted racks, one for Manuals, and I thought there was a different one for Siroccos.

Use the ETKA and your year and model to determine the proper part number then do a search.

Thanks for the steer on the part number (Briano1234), but sadly I still cant find it (172 419 951 B) for sale anywhere using Google.  Anyone got an idea where I should look?

They are hard to find new, it may be quicker and easier to contact a local engineering place to see if they can recondition your old one?

Last new one I saw at VW heritage about 8 years was around £200…
