Tidying up wire connectors

Hi just upgraded from a mk1 to mk2 front wiper motor but different connectors so had to cut it off.
Got insulated connectors as you can see but how best to tidy it all up? Just wrap in tape or something better? Maybe someone could recommend a neat solution?

I'd go for something like this:

You need something with an IP rating and kit car suppliers are a good place to start looking

I put a mk3 motor in mine and bought the right connector to fit the mk3 motor, given you've snipped both off, I'd go with Dougma's suggestion and buy a proper automotive connector.
