Does anybody know how to remove the lock barrel from the steering column so I can rebuild this thing? Have it all stripped down except that and just can't seem to figure it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Take a good sized Straight slot Screwdriver and place it in the gap that is behind the bolt you remove.
Smack it lightly with a hammer and the housing will expand just keep smacking it until you have sufficient gap so it can slide off the exposed shaft.
Once you have it out, then you can separate the spacer and splines off the shaft, just tale a picture prior so you can see the location of the things prior to removing.

Any sage advice sporttrucker on how to get that adapter off? This is where I am at but the thing just won't budge. The puller is buckling, had to use the vice to hold the legs on, but the vice isn't clamped down only holding the legs from spraying out. Thing just won't come off…..
