Are you talkign about the IDLE By-Pass screw that is on the back of the throttle body by the firewall? Or if digi the Idle fuel flow.

When going back wrap the threads of the screw and the threads only with teflon tape, it helps seal the threads so when the o-ring goes it still is air tight, and it helps keep it in the car.
