With the price of engines coming down i think its a decent option.
Im looking to fing out if i need to start chopping the chassis of the car. And what parts i would need.
I see more an more cars with the R32 done so i guess its becoming easier to do and parts available like engine mounts.
Anyone got this engine in their car?

1. spend money on conversion frame
2. chop brackets off mk3 subframe, weld to car
3. chop car up till mk3 golf subframe fits
usually have to get custom shafts for options 1 and 2, option 1 usually shafts are optionally included with the frame kit. for option 2 you have to fab it all up, chop shafts line them up where you need then weld back up to the right length
last option is handy if you want power steering and/or cheap brake upgrades, plus you can use standard mk2 or mk3 driveshafts.
