Indicator lights and Breaks

Hi All

I am having issues. I bought a Golf Mk1 last year and have been having an issue with the indicator lights going off when i tramp the breaks.
When the ignition is on but car is not started the alarm light will flash and the oil light will go on when tramping breaks but when i leave it then its fine again.

Please i need help with this.

check your grounds on the cluster
