Golf C Mk1

Hello does anyone have a 1.1C with the spark plugs at the back of the engine and the dizzy mounted horizontally coming out of the side of the head?
I need to know what order the HT leads go into the dizzy please.
Any help is much appreciated thanks.

The firing order should be 1-3-4-2 rotor arm going anticlockwise I believe for the GF engines. Just double check by turning crank shaft and watching the rotor arm turning.
To establish No 1 firing point, turn crank shaft pulley manually to TDC, the #1 piston should at the top (remove No1 spark plug and check with light), you may need to turn crank shaft pulley twice, and the rotor arm should face towards No1 firing point.
Should also be described in the blue Haynes manual….useful to have.
