Fuel filter question Cabrio 1993

Which one fits ...
If I use the part number, it comes back with various sizes entry / exit, but it is either M14 entry and M12 exit or vice versa. However, 19mm spanner is M12 so that does not reflect anything to what I have in the car.
Am I reading the spec wrong of the filter as the nut sizes on the actual filter are way bigger (something like M20 at the entry side)?

I'm sure one of the filters I got had a reducer/adaptor so would fit various banjo bolt sizes?

Ordered a Meyle now to try as at £13 it is worth a go. Some websites say they fit, others state it doesn't.

Last of the cabriolets with the digifant fuel injection have a different fuel filter..
No wonder we are confused…
