Clutch grating noise 91 clipper

Hi guys, 

I have a grating noise coming from the clutch when pressed. When idle there is no noise….when fully dipped there is no noise. It's kind of just at the initial portion of the press. I have ordered some gear oil and plan on checking and replacing the oil when it arrives 

With the engine idle it's fine. If I raise the arm of the clutch in the engine bay the noise appears

It's a 91 1.8 engine

Sounds like it might be the idler bearing. When was the clutch last replaced? Any ideas?

according to the reciepts from the previous owner, it looks like it has had a new clutch kit and a new clucth release bearing in 2015

This video shows slowly dipping and then releasing the clutch. The noise only happens  during dipping and releasing of the clutch

Makes the same noise as mine did when I changed the clutch but didn't bother with the release bearing.

Unless anyone else has an idea, that's what I'd suggest.
