20vt conversion

I know there are many many threads on this and i have been reading and absorbing as much as i can. I have the engine from a mk4 gti. I have the mounts and i have the loom and remapped ecu. i have the rad and intercooler covered with thanks to the info from all the other threads. I have been looking at pictures of projects and i cant seem to see any engine bays that still have brake servos in them, i am assuming people are using pedal boxes. i do want to upgrade the brakes. what in peoples experience is the best route from pedal to discs and pads and stuff?

I still have the servo on mine (AMK engine), but it is tight.
