Whats Santa Bringing Your MK1?
This weekend it's getting:
- A Clean
- New Timing/Cambelt
- Supa-Ramair Filter
- Samco Hoses
- Cleaning / painting of rocker cover & polishing of other bits
Oh and i'll probably tax her in the new year.. (nothing special)

Porsche boxter dash
2x 256mm GM calipers and carriers
Its got a Neuspeed lower strut brace and Brembo 256mm discs already (it doesnt know this yet though….)

Now its getting a kent cam, pulley, new injectors and a k&n. If it doesnt misbehave over new year its going to get poly bushes and a new exhaust if the wife doesnt find out about our affair!
Plus I might even wash it if it warms up and stops raining!

all new rear drums, shoes, cylinders
wheel bearings rear
new wishbones/bushes ball joints
new clutch
handbrake cables
all relevant parts painted a lovely shade of red hammerite

Its not the easiest of fits (its an old boxter dash btw pic below)
I've got to get it re-trimmed before final fitment, but i'll keep you all posted during the dry fit stage.
p.s imagine this dash in a MK1 Cabby…… what do you all think?

discs and pads (front)
pads (rear)
16v master cylinder & servo
brake fluid
and the best bit…. tyres!
the old Road Champs are going at last in favour of Toyos all round.
I think that will do it for now!.

and ive just bought:
clear side indicaters
and a eyebrow spolier
uprated rear speakers
im getting:
rear lamps (not sure on m3 style clear or smoked)
crystal head lamps inner and outer
a new mp3 player
and some 13cm infinity components for the front
should be about it then she can wait for her birthday
i always have the last laugh

A good clean out (amazing how much rubbish you collect when you have to have the roof up most of the time - it usually just blows away!! )
The grey interior cleaning with the new car vax that we bought specially a couple of months ago. Then it will be white again!!
And I might just order the new mats I've been promising us (me n the car!)
