I see what you've done: you're starting World War Three. Stopping her from getting out of her room will probably not be clear to her that you'd like her to clean up a bit more. Some people just don't because they don't mind the dirt. If she's annoying, fine - do stuff like this and hope she moves out, but if you like her, start by trying to ask her to clean more, or do a little roster for a few cleaning tasks each week. If you've tried these things, try things like leaving banana skins under her bed or stickytaped to the underneath part of a drawer (hidden) until she gets the hint that you're now hacked off with her and not prepared to let her get away with not doing her fair share. If she wants hidden bananas to stop, she will need to do some work. :O)
