You can get pressed alluminium plates with UK font from places like dubmeister that are legal.

as long as the font is correct and they dont display a 'D' on the blue bit on the left hand side instead of 'GB', they are legal. in my opinion, they look loads better than our poop english ones.
I dont see why people are so bitter towards modifying cars? or people asking the same old questions. not everyone is on here all the time. just answer the question with out the attitude.

It would be much more clever to do subtle mods which improve the car AND stay within the law.

a good mod doesn't have to make the car faster.
i got my car resprayed. great mod, no increase in power.
i got a laminated windscreen, again, great modification with no impact on the power.
these cars look good standard and in my opinion, look better with some subtle tastefull modifications.
changing the number plate is a cheap and easy way to make it look better.
this guy asked for some advice, is it so hard to be polite and give him your answer?

maybe he was on his phone when he posted and doesn't have the time, battery or credit to go trawling through previous topics? give him the benifit of the doubt. he is obviously not on here very often. make him feel welcome at least.
i have asked questions on here after searching but gave up on the answer because all i got were pointless 'answers'.
like my question ''will my 100mph speedo break if i go 140mph?''.
i have passed my test and i know the speed limits in this country thankyou. it is a yes or no answer.
i'm going to find out the hard way. germany has autobahns.
it just gets to me.
can you see where i am comming from?
a sticky would solve the problem X.
simple and constructive post right there.
