Nearly a year now. It's been  a very inspirational year for me since joining the club, spoke to and met some great people, learned a lot about mk1 golfs, spent an absolute fortune on my car(which still isn't finished yet)

Once you have a mk1 there is no going back, people may come and go from the forum but that urge to be back on and the mk1 blood is in the vains he he

hi, yeh I`m good..hope you are too…shame you`ve been away…the drive out at the agm was awesome.
toyed with selling mine too,even went as far as advertising it on here but then got my `pending` storage issue sorted so decided to keep hold..glad I did cos I drove it today and it just makes me smile like my polo just can`t do.

ha haha awww bless er, there just somethig about thir characters that addict you isnt there lol Gutted I missed the AGM but there is always next ear and by then she shoul be a bit more close to perfection (ye right) lol how many was on the drive this time???

Have you heard anything about th German trip next year they still thining of going ahead with it??

think there were around 96 cars on the drive out..dano had said that he was hoping that we could break the 100 barrier this time…sadly it did`nt happen which was a shame really as there were still a good few cars left back at the racecourse that for whatever reasons didn't make the drive dunno anything about the Germany trip though sorry.

As far as i am aware i dont think the club are doing official Wolsburg or Wothesse trips next year, but there is some threads about them where guys are planning to meet up
