I didn't fail, but I didn't pass either.
I went to the wrong test centre

Surely you were doing all your lessons in the area in which your chosen test centre resides? My test was in Blackburn, so I did all my lessons in Blackburn. My friend's test was in Burnley so he did all his lessons in Burnley…
How did you manage to go to the wrong test centre? :?

Usually everyone books at the cannock centre.. because its closer, and there are shorter waiting lists.. but i dont like driving around cannock much, so i chose the lichfield one.. neglected to tell my instructor (in fairness he never asked)
and it slipped my mind with all the other test stuff going on, so i arrived at cannock and only realised when i was there (ie too late to make a 15 minute journey in 5 mins)

Sorry if the comment seamed harsh but i`m a driving instructor do get annoyed when these stories come out.
Fair play if i were instructor i would of checked all the paper work when you first booked it and then a week before the test; as i once trusted a 29 year old guy i was teaching with the details of his test and he assured me it was correct but when we turned up we were A MONTH LATE…!!!
Anyhow good luck with your test when you finally get there..
