In fairness - the guys over at PistonHeads have been a bit harsh, they've completely ripped this bloke apart, photoshopping various images, and have sent the seller messages and links to their thread. I find it all a bit too far, a laugh and a joke is one thing but to slate him so bare-facedly is a bit off.

On the other hand the bloke is a bit of a spanner for making such childish mistakes such as "pinferina" rather than "pininferina" - would've thought that a commited ferrari fan such as he would know the difference.

 

Yeah that does sound a tad too far!

Fair point, however plastering your MGTF with Ferrari motifs and thinking that its tastefully modified is leaving yourself open to some major micky taking IMO. Not to dissimilar to the Mk2 Scirocco i saw a couple of years ago with a couple of cheap barbecues and a food blender bolted to the tailgate and passing it off as a DMC Delorean BTTF Replica!  

Guy must have been smoking that whacky backy!
