I don't have a cabrio thnk god ;)

But.. i did get the sqeeling from the fan belt :)

Got rid of it by 1. Replacing fan belt, 2. replacing Alternator & flywheel 3. adjusting alternator properly.

Cost me ?70 in parts - although if you just adjust it you should be fine.

I get a wet bum if its been raining!! my mate fixes roofs so he's gonna take a look at mine for me (sick of walking round with a damp patch between my legs!!!)

here is my baby…………..

Gary is now garaged, Baby is on her way.
Next up is marriage, Who knows when i'll get him out to play!

its your side strings that have gone , they can be replaced relatively cheaply,

if the roofs not ripped and you dont need to replace it then just swap those strings over and it should keep your  umm wet patch at bay

rebuild in progress....

My roof is shower proof… but in a storm is another story!!!

During the last storm i sat on the handbrake with a towel in each hand catching the floods!!!  (NO WITTY COMMENTS!)  I actually thought of putting the roof down and putting up an umbrella!! I probably would have stayed dryer!!!

I have also notice a trickle of water on the rear parcel shelf???

But i love my cabbie and this year so far i have drove topless more than got soaked!!! So the average is good.

Oh and why i am posting…. Has anyone taken up the job of sorting out the Midland region club?????

But when the sun is shining……it's great, topping up the tan while driving!!!!, the breeze in your hair!!!  you just can't beat it!!

Although with the slight water problem…. My car is perminatly steamed up!!! the heater works overtime this time of the year!!!!

thought i was having roof problems after the last few days of rain - then i discovered that one of my offspring had left the rear window open by about 1/4 inch… surprisingly it's been water tight since i shut it!!!
