how long was the councils report then to get to the decision that you hadn't parked illegally?

Well done for sticking with it, even more so for getting the H painted, you've probably saved a lot of people a lot of money!!

But I do think that you would have got off lightly with £35 fine lol

I got caught and the fine was £80 if I paid it early and then £110 if I paid it after the initial 4 weeks (granted I just hadn't bought a ticket but still thought it was a little steep!!)

Good news.  Always worth appealing if there's any grounds for it.  And nice one on getting the council to paint the additional marking.

That was the Tribunals report not the council, Although the council had submitted a 45 page report for the Tirbunal
