Car will only start with carb cleaner

1.8 Gti it will only start if I spray carb cleaner in the meter head then it runs ok but won't rev up it doesn't matter if it got or cold. It's had new fuel filter and dizzy 

How about the fuel lines mate? How's the fuel neck and tank looking?

Don't know it's got copper fuel line will have a look for leak I did check the 5 injector and it had fuel coming out
