Have you ordered some?  If so I'll do the same ;)

Edit,

It's actually cheaper to buy them from amazon as the postage on hirespares is £6!!

looks right to me! the large pins are easy enough as they use 2 tabs which are easy to spot, just need a thin watchmaker screwdriver or similar to poke them in and remove.

the small ones are much more difficult, I have never managed to get them out with anything other than a proper tool! I bought a Laser 4329 kit which comes with CE1 and CE2 tools, but unfortunately its discontinued. I think they do other kits though with the same CE1 tools in but not sure which ones.

OK Great, I'll get on the case, and will also look for those tools, I guess they go on the outside of the pins huh.

Just had a result at the breakers too, found a late mkII, went to nab the external fuse holders, and found it was a CE2, so cut the lot out :)

Can you see the tool in that kit?

it looks very similar, basically you see the 3 on the far left? there are metal tube inserts that go into them, you can see the tube inserts in the little square cutout in the foam liner to the right side of the box. its hard to say if they're the right size tubes but I imagine so!

seems to have the junior and mini timer tools in there perfect for ce2 and later mk3/4 ecu, theres the thin peg and the pick tools same as mine which are both handy. plus a couple other randoms im not sure of!

OK thank you.

I will try to find a stockist who physically has it, so I can test it.

Will update when I know more.

Found workshopsupplies.co.uk also does the pins.

Progress being made, the Engine harness is [almost] totally disconnect-able from the interior/lighting harness, which is great.

It looks a little messy, but once it's taped up it'll look good ;)

I have the rad fan coming from fuse 1, into the far right additional relay on the fusebox ;)  ECU grounds it to close the relay, I can choose a temperature to have it coming on too ;)

My ECU and the main relay [honda relay controls fuel pump] comes off fuse 3
Alternator on fuse 5
Digital VSS on fuse 6
Digi Dashes on fuse 17
Coil on additional fuse I call 24 ;)

Seems OK, seems to crank, can't tell you about the fuel pump as the rear harness isn't in, nor is the back end ;)

Will update once it's all taped up! :)

I have got hold of this kit, and yes those tubes fit, there's a third, longer tube which also fits the small pins! so Result!

Cheers
