Hi Richard, The vinyl around those vents tends to come away from inside (its only glued in) and a repair was made available consisting of little plastic pieces matched to the holes of the dash which when pressed into the hole stops the vinyl peeling back over the holes and blocking air flow
Mr cornishman, the vents are readily available from crazyquiffs, they are also almost always on ebay so that should be an easy one to cross off the list
