As title says, looking for lowering springs for my cab (92 reg if this matters?).
Not sure if different manufacturers sit the car higher or lower than one another but dont want to drop down too much.
Advice is always welcome and pics are more than appreciated.
Live in cardiff so can collect locally, please include courier fee with price plz.
Ps…i don't want to plead poverty but I've spent a few £20's lately and think I seen the wife's eyebrow raise a little, if u no want I mean.
We also share the same email address so if there's a chance she may see this, if you do Vicky…..love you xx

I would personally go straight for coilovers. That way you get the exact height you want and can always change it if you want new wheels etc. There isn't any need to go for mega expensive ones if you aren't planning on racing it, so spend that little bit extra on coilovers I'm my opinion 😄

I cant say ive been in any car with coilovers fitted although coilovers were my first chioce for the fact there adjustable, but Im under the impression they give a very firm ride??
if im wrong and anyone has coilovers for sale I'd be intrested.

Coilovers are great and they have their advantages obviously, got H&R's on mine, I guess you could say they're a "firm" ish ride and occasionally I wish I had something a bit more comfortable, that said for me it's not a daily driver so the pros outweigh the cons, if you do opt for coilys try to get a half decent brand and not cheap ones that just won't last, your best bet is to take a ride in one with coilovers on and see what you think, at the end of the day it's about what you're gonna be happy with, hope that helps a little Simon

I've only had at technics on my mk1 and the ride I find is fine. However I have had other brands on other cars and if you spend a fair chunk of money you can get damping adjustable, so you can adjust it all 😄

Payment just sent and looking forward to the springs.
Obviously with the bank holidays here it will probably slow down the courier but I would be great full if you could send them ASAP as I'm chomping at the bit now to fit them and get car back on the road.
Cheers mate
