Chrome bumpers

Long shot but does anyone have any chrome bumpers they are wanting to part with?

Cash waiting… in Derby and willing to travel if a deal is arranged.

need to be in excellent condition, like new.

before i pay £500 to heritage!

I have black ones £350 a set including hangers and end caps. the chrome ones unless you go for the triple chrome ones will be rusty in a matter of months.

Before you pay £500 to heritage, have a look at the stainless ones on ebay. They look almost as good as chrome, and require no maintenance other than the odd clean.

I had heritage ones on my car, supposedly triple chrome plated (came on the car) and they would develop small rust spots within a week.

If you want stainless ones let me know as my supplier might have them, if they do they will be cheaper than the eBay ones! 

A few weeks !! Unbelievable.

I know MK1's aren't renowned for their longevity but come on

I had thought about buying some metal ones and having them nickel plated

I bought a set of triple chrome plated flones from vw heritage and they are spot on! Ive had them for coming up to nearly 3 years now and are still immaculate to this day

Is your car kept garamged thou?

Mine will be garage kept and only used in good weather so the tripple plate ones sound ok...

I can get stainless ones. Just awaiting prices. Should actually work out cheaper than triple chrome tho! 

Search the web there are cheaper ones out there!
