1.6 GTI gearbox and driveshafts

As the the title says I'm after a gearbox and driveshafts for my 1982 1.6 GTI, cheers Jason 

i have them from a 1.8 if thats any good mate
in perfect working order

I'm wanting to keep it original mate with the 1.6 gearbox cheers though

Out of curiosity which gearbox code is it and how much? Just in case I get stuck cheers

It's from a 83 Gti mate, not sure of the code

Hello colley can I ask why you need a gearbox its only as I have a 1.6 82 reg and its not engaging in 4th so just wondering if your experiencing any issues with your 1.6

 I bought the project as a rolling shell mate so no engine or box, which gearbox do you have in yours? Curious if this is a common thing on a certain code gearbox maybe?
