Mk1 Golf GTI 1800 full engine for sale

Hi all

When I bought my GTI it came with a spare engine & gearbox that I don't really have a use or space for.

The previous owner told me that the engine had done 88k but I have no proof of this.

What you see in the pictures below are what you get:

Is there any chance of seeing this running before sale?

Assuming that this is a dx, I'm interested and can collect at your convenience.

Is the gearbox still available?  If yes, can you let me know the code on the box?

Oops - forgot about this advert - Engine has gone (well actually I stripped it for bits - anyone want a block?)

Gearbox is still around, supposed to have a guy coming tonight to collect so will let you know if it falls through.

Hi, it's an FM code box and finishes on eBay tonight, about tenish - only at a tenner at the moment!
