Ultimate Dubs 2014 - cars wanted for club stand

Ultimate Dubs 2014 Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th March, Telford International Centre.

I have secured a 6-7 car indoor stand for Ultimate Dubs 2014 to celebrate 40 years of the Mk1 Golf and 10 years of the club.
The idea is to have a display from early 70's Swallowtail up to 1990's Cabrio.

Anybody that would like to put their car on the stand, please post up here with a photo and year of your car.

The committee will choose the cars that will be on the stand.

You must be a paid member.

The car must be in excellent condition and you will be required to have the car in the show hall from lunchtime on Saturday, ready to show your car from 5pm on the Saturday, (which is new this year) up until 6pm on the Sunday.

Just a note for anyone else, the show is mainly modified cars, but we will accept standard entries for our stand. Looking for a possible mix of standard and modified depending on what people are offering to us!!

No probs Neil, just a heads up that they want standard cars for the foyer entrance too

1981 3 door GL (didn't get these in the UK), so its a LHD. 50,000km. Lido green with mint beige/brown interior. Will be abit lower than in the pic soon too.

only thing is car is in sprayers/bits till feb time? and its going to look totally different to how it is now?

1975 swallowtail g60 engine on air . just going into the paint shop to be touched up . renewing my memebership in a few days aswell
