A Mk1 Parked in the middle of a roundabout

Well I've waited a while to go and take this photo, until today in fact, it's outside my mates house, and the reason I waiting..  because SANJP will be at the London cruise tonight and I bet he was looking forward to posting a load of pictures of mk1s a the billings gate roundabout - so suck on this rubbish photo Sanj haha


Oh and for the next challenge, anywhere 50miles outside of central London

Good plan, well as tonight was the episode of don't tell the bride where Adam (forgot his forum name) married his wife Victoria on our club stand, at VW All Types this year, next challenge is….

A shot of your car at a wedding, or near a wedding, bonus points if you can get a bride in the shot!

nice! will have to iplayer that episode too, the missus loves that program haha.

Will this count… 5 mk1's at my brothers wedding last month! Including my tintop.  

as awesome as thoughts photos are hugh, they have to be ones taken for this theme, not old pictures  

Cracking pics Hugh.  Surely only a month old they could be considered ?  At the other end of the scale my mk1 was at our wedding 37 years ago.  At 4 months old it was just an everyday car and I never thought of having any photos taken with it.

I was going to post me in mine with the groomsmen from my wedding in April but thought they would have been too old.

These are some cracking pics and got 7 couples in it including bride and groom, could be worth considering as not that old and think unless someone knows of a wedding coming up it might be hard to accidently get a Mk1 in the photo

Thread revival! These has been inactive for a while, as have i to be honest! New challenge to get us all going again, a picture of your golf in front of a house with over the top Christmas lights, should be easy to get us going agian...

Sorry there's been no response to this. Was meaning to take mine out to find some OTT lights but battery flat! Keep up the good work though - I'm sure lots of us use the car right through the  winter so can have a pot at your next location.
