Projector headlights - can you get them/make them?

although my mk1 isn't road worthy yet Im not expecting a lot from the headlights. Can you get projector headlights or has anyone ever made there own set?

Or what is worth doing to make them better?

new hella lamp housings, kleep em peeled on ebay see em quite often then get a relay lighting loom plus decent bulbs such as phillips vision plus/white.

HIDs not fully legal unless you cvan get correct E marked lamp housings, and so far as I know you cant!

yes theres the usual arguments that you can 'get away with it' and such, so its up to you really on that one. but as above, try just sorting out your stock lighting and you'll be surprised how good they can be (dont forget to get the lamp aim checked and reset too!)

those look interesting! main thing tho as i say, are the E marked as if not still not fully legal for use here. But yeah, you can usually get away with it and loads have done similar. its up to you

personally crystal housings aint to my taste the stock hellas look best
