Porsche D90 9J Mk1 fitment ?

Hi folks just wanted to know if anyone is running 9j Porsche D90 rims on they mk1 ?? If so what size tire are you using and does it catch the arches looking to fit a set on my 92 mk1 cabriolet . Regards

Depends on your arches, ride height, camber and tyre choice. Are you running staggered?

9j D90s have an offset of +52. With adapters you'll be looking at +30 so with a 195/45 tyre and a bit of an arch roll you'll be ok.

I run 9jx16 +15 offset with 195/45 nankangs, 3 degrees camber and reach arch lip delete and it doesn't catch even 4 up.

Looks awesome thanks for the info . if i decide not to camber ? will it catch the arches ? my arches are already chopped on the inside and fenders have been rolled .

How thick are your spacers/adapters? You might be ok if they are 15mm jobbies. That said your offset might be too high and you'll foul on the strut.

It will be trial and error really. My advice if you don't yet have tyres if choose nankangs. They stretch nice plus they come up narrower than others for the same size.
