I need a new laptop so it's a extra excuse. I never take me work one home now as I refuse to work from home after me shift. But end of October is fine for me. Am more exited about this then me holiday in a couple of weeks haha

 haha I don't like travelling all be fine once I get there but it's going to be about 14hours of travel

Bought the MGB GT for my dad this summer. Dad has the onset of dementia and has lost his licence so to have some fun with him next summer bought the MGB. Dad had one in the 60's its already bringing back some memories for him.

Well Hugh I've just looked at the exchange rate.



As you can see it's near enough €1.10 to the £ God knows where it is going from there!

So what do you players think, should I use a conversion rate to the £ or not?

For me it does make it easier but then it does give a slight misrepresentation of the prices over here.
Mind you I'll warn you know prices have gone up a fair bit since we last played!!!

Just to let you all know that I will be announcing next weekend when the competition will start and a few other details as well.
But for all those who played in the past the rules will stay pretty much the same. 👍🏼

Now because this post has become so popular and therefore very large indeed it's slow to load so I'm talking to Ade our website Guru about some how closing this post but trying to get keep the total number of hits and comments running if possible in a new post.🤔

This competition is the most commented post on our forum making it the most active by far even up against great posts that have been running for more than 10 years.
We have had 3 seasons totalling only about 66 weeks. 😉

This has only been possible by input from members and I feel that the history should be rewarded at least in a visual way! ☺️

Also it helps me monitor activity and respond accordingly for example with the experience I now have I can plan which type of cars are most appealing to the audience, and those that will generate the most chat. 😉
