Bonus point for Kenneth Cartwright  for being the first guess on the double pointer. Love the colour but wish it still had the normal tail lights instead of the SA ones and orange indicators. Also didn't know they did a  gti in that colour ? Could have had a respray. All go £8150 on this bad boy

So as you're about to eat I'll say "Mahlzeit" which is an Austrian way of wishing you a good meal. Pure translation is 'Meal time' but don't ask me why they say because it's one of a number of traditions over here I just simply don't get and this Christmas I've been living here for 23 years!

But this one still drives me crazy because I know full blöödy well when meal time is and I certainly don't need reminding constantly about it. They even say it when you're sat there at a table eating the darn thing!

Oh just don't get me started. 😂👌

I think it will be priced high, but as my other guestimates were off the mark I'll guess lower at  £6200

Nice looking car not all original as the add but a decent foundation by the looks of things no decals on the side or boot lid. Not a campaign and no a pillar trims my game head is telling me go high like 12k plus but my heart is ruling this a bit more. They describe it as a very good car so want top money but it is not quite there for me so 9250 is my reasoning.  Personally I would pay less but there you have it.

Morning all,

This one reminds me if an old model for some reason. She's had all the right tucks and smooths.
 little bit of work done to the undercarriage to smarten everything up a bit, chassis has been suitably nipped and tucked in all the right places to increase pleasure in handling it.
Bodywork gone under the knife to make her look a bit younger and more pert.

Yet somehow actually ends up looking worse

Anyway, as usual, I digress.

So, value, Hmmmmmmm £6990.

Well I've been back through the guesses and the comments this week so far and I've made the following observations.

The first is generally we like this gti warts (warts is a bit strong) and all but prices ranging from 5k to 13k you're definitely not at one with guessing the asking price.

Secondly which might explain the above but reading some of the comments I'm seeing players although unwittingly tending towards what they would pay for it!

It's such an easy trap to get caught by because it's in our DNA which makes it so hard to ignore. I know that having been a professional car salesman for over five years,  most of that time with VW/Audi.

So as a general reminder for the whole competition every seller has 3 prices.

The asking price
The price he or she would like
The price they will except

The first is what we're looking for not the 2nd or 3rd nor what we think! 😉👍🏼

Well we're about half way through the match this week and I think we can say it's a bit of a draw between the low side and the high.

I was tempted to use Liverpool FC and last nights game against Saville but I'm to ashamed to be honest! 🙈😒

Well in our case we have a full two days to repeat last weeks rare achievement of nailing one into the back of the net from range. 👍🏼

Going for a high £11,000 this week please Mike. Probably miles out.

Before I forget £8950 for this smart looking one .. 

Shiny! I would put a standard steering wheel back on though.

I'm going to go high with this one and try £12000.

I decided to not watch the spurs game cause we were 1 nil down, and didn't wanna watch Liverpool win either, imagine my joy at the end with the 3-3 draw and the 2-1 win for spurs!

Less said the better about last night Mikeanyway, as for the car.. looks clean, pretty good mileage, i think he's gonna be looking for £9995 for it…
