Car gets stolen every time i go to the super market!

ok, i'm getting fed up with this now.

every time i come out of supermarket the car has been stolen.

i'm looking……..i'm looking…………. yep,  it was definitely here….. its been nicked.

wandering around like an idiot.

i eventually find it behind a new fiat 500 or a new mini which completely block my view.

modern cars are so f-ing huge!!!!!!!!!!!

The funny thing is with mine you can't loose it when you park it as it stands out like a soar thumb, white with a red roof. 

So why have idiots hit it 5 times in 3 and a 1/2  years? 
It's only on the road for 18 months of that time!

Your not alone on this one i've done it at a motorway  service station forgot it was on the other side  

i must be getting old, the panic really set in the other day at asda, i can see folk looking at me going " check that idiot, no clue where he left his car"

i try to put on that " what do you mean? i know perfectly well where my car is, i just thought i would do a lap of the car park before getting in" look

my ready meals were starting to go off i took that long to find it.

when you see a mk1 next to these modern cars it really puts into perspective just how much sizes have grown.

i know its all to do with crash tests and safety systems etc.
i think i first realized this when i noticed every incarnation of a new bmw 3 series came out, they just got bigger and bigger and bigger. the latest 3 series must be on a par with an old 7 series by now?

a mk1 could never be built these days what with its thigh snapping front end and all.

had it mot'd the other day. passed 3rd year in a row with no advisories, guys said they can't believe how solid it was. so well chuffed.
 

The scary thing is the MK1 Golf is the same size as the new VW Up

I always know where mine is because I always park it as far away from the entrance as possible, ( where nobody else parks because they are too lazy to walk more that 50 yards) so nobody opens their doors into it, or worse.

I do the very same but they still use mine for target practice and smack the crepe out of it!

Yeah your car does seem to attract metallic objects, is it magnetic maybe.
