(Not a For Sale Thread)

Hi all,

Looking for some advice on the value of some genuine Volkswagen panels that I bought about 15 years ago for my Campaign project.
I bought the panels just after I purchased my Campaign with the intention of using them during my planned restoration but due to circumstances out with my control, it didn’t get completed and have now done a deal and sold the Golf on….

The guy who bought it might be interested in all or some of the panels but have no idea as to their current value and not finding much to go on when looking on places like eBay etc.

The panels I have are all genuine VW and have never been fitted, primed or painted.

I have the following:

Bonnet.
A pair of wings (without the hole for the bumper support).
Front panel (from the lock carrier down but without the lower panel as the spot welds were drilled out and carefully removed to use on my Mk1).
Pair of doors to suit a 3 door.
Rear panel (large light).
Tailgate (Citygolf).

Thank you 👍

I think I paid 200 ish for the last rear panel I bought from heritage, was a genuine one but I dont think they can get those now so likely higher for yours

Id be interested when you have a price as I let all the panels go with the project car and now need a rear panel for my other mk1.
