Vw golf gti in Leeds, (anyone know it's history)

anyone know of the White golf gti mk1 that is advertised on eBay for £3k , roll cage, bucket seats, cars is based in wf104sb
i am interested but does not have tax or mot

I've seen it but don't know the car.

It's possibly not a genuine Campaign being a Y-reg. but that doesn't really matter as it's far from standard.

It looks solid - if the engine and running gear are good and it's a track car you're after then I think it's a fair price from what I can see.

Ah didn't see no MOT. I'd want one for that money but in the pics it looks like you shouldn't struggle for one.
