Mark One 1990 Clipper - Fuse Advise Needed!!!

Hi all,

I wonder if you can help???? I am the owner of a 1990 Golf Clipper Mark One and the fuse box for my stereo has blown. I have been reading through the various forums and topics on here and am left confused about what is what because it seems they are all so different…

My three questions are:

1) What number the stereo fuse is on the fusebox? It seems to change from car to car…

2) Where I can get such a fuse?

3) What fuse do I buy?

I'm sure you can sympathise with me that I don't want to take it into the garage for such a small thing. I seem to spend so much bloody money on this car…

Electrical System

you can use a normal fuse as oppose the weird ones that come as standard in the car

and they're dirt cheap from eBay but most motor shops sell the fuses if your in a hurry.

buy a mix of them to keep some spares
