Woke up at 4.30 and hit the gym (which had about four people in it thus making it packed)
Threw phone down toilet.
All first world problems.

It's a choice I made and I'm glad for it. I may moan and whinge a bit but I'm in a pretty cool position and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Sometimes though, I need to take time out and just sit.
A lot of people only remember the Eva Cassidy version of this but I'll always stand by this being superior.
This came on the radio this morning and me and one of the women I work with just sat in the dark until it finished then did exactly thing. We both got our phones out and texted our partners.
Stick with it kids, it's nearly the weekend.

My Catering guy has just resigned (2nd one in six months) and I'm going to have to bin someone else.
That means me covering until we rehire (I'm half excited).
Faith No More - midlife Crisis

For the record - It's not the working with me that turns them. We pay pretty well, the rewards can be immense but it's properly full on.
I hope.

What a choooone! Sweet. Enjoyed that, not heard it in ages, love the remix.
Talking of epic tunes and given the recent loss of one of my all time favorite musicians, Mr Chris Cornell (best known for Soundgarden and Audioslave) have a bit of 'Temple of the Dog'.
A band set up in the early 90's by Mr Cornell. Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam) on main vocals but listen out for Chris' wails!
RIP Mr Cornell

For me it depends on what mood i'm in, so have a weird collection of stuff.
When I reflect the time with my Grandparents I play Glen Campbell's "Wichita linesman" as that was all way's playing whenever I arrived at their house. Or should I say when that comes up in the playlist I'm transported back to happy days…
